BrainX at the European Researchers' Night 2025

BrainX at the European Researchers' Night 2025

On Friday, September 26, 2025, BrainX participated for the first time in the European Researchers’ Night (Notte Europea della Ricerca) in Modena. Hosted at the beautiful Cloister of the Complesso San Geminiano, the event ran from 8:00 PM to midnight, offering a unique stage to connect with the broader public.

Bridging Research and Community

This event marked the closing chapter (“Evento di Restituzione”) of the current BrainXMORE cycle. Our stand was dedicated to explaining how we are building a supportive community for UNIMORE PhD students and researchers.

Throughout the night, we focused on our three core objectives:

  • Developing transversal and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Creating connections between academia, industry, and startups.
  • Promoting interdisciplinary collaboration and innovation.

Meeting the Public

It was a fantastic occasion to introduce ourselves, share our past activities, and discuss how to bridge the gap between research and the industrial world. Lisa Trigiante, a key member of the BrainX team, was present at the stand to share our vision and outline our upcoming projects.

Results and Engagement

The night was a success in opening a dialogue not just with fellow researchers, but with citizens and visitors as well. Through direct engagement and flyer distribution, we significantly increased the following on our official channels.

The enthusiastic response from the public and the meaningful conversations we had with other researchers confirmed the importance of our mission. We look forward to continuing this journey of innovation and connection!
